This company gets 5 stars for their customer service. I emailed about air duct cleaning and received a phone call within the hour. I spoke with John M. who was informative, clear, and friendly. I scheduled an air duct cleaning for the next day. Robert J. did a wonderful job- he taught me about my heating/cooling system, showed me where the filter goes, talked me through the cleaning process, and ended up cleaning my dryer ducts as well. I considered giving 4 stars because the service left my house pretty messy. Robert vacuumed and cleaned what he could, but I still had to sweep, mop, and dust pretty much every room--I've never had my air ducts cleaned so maybe that's just how it is. After all was done, I bought a new filter, but couldn't get it into my unconventional heating/cooling set up. After some unsuccessful attempts and youtube videos, I called PowerBees back- both John and Robert worked with me to solve the problem and get the filter in. Robert offered to come back if needed, despite being an hour away. Overall, the air duct and dryer vent cleaning were very affordable and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I would definitely recommend PowerBees.

I called Power Bees on a Monday morning and they were able to have someone at my house that evening at 5pm! I don't have a super flexible work schedule so offering evening appts is great. The tech was Andrey and he was fantastic- very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He arrived on time and the whole thing took maybe 2 hours, if that. He definitely worked efficiently. The price that Power Bees quoted me was very reasonable compared to other local companies as well. I already recommended them to my downstairs neighbor and will be sure to use them again when I need these services! You won't be disappointed with Power Bees!

After some pretty severe damage from the snow this winter, Power Bees the demolition/drying out of the affected wall. They were professional, courteous, worked with my insurance company, and completed everything in a very timely manner. They also kept me updated at every stage of the project. I'm a new home owner so I have little to rely on except others' recommendations, including yelp. So I picked this company as somewhat of a shot in the dark. I knew the previous owners of my home didn't clean out my dryer vent during the entire 10 years they lived here. Needless to say, there was a lot of link trapped in there! The people at PowerBees were friendly and accommodating on the phone when I scheduled and in person. They were right on time. They removed a ton of lint from my dryer vent, cleaned up, charged me as quoted (I called a few places, these prices were comparable, I think even a little less expensive). Overall, great experience and I'll use them again in a year or two when I have to clean them out again.

I had all the vents on my first floor and finished basement cleaned out and deodorized. My technician called to tell me he was running 10 minutes late, which I appreciated. He was courteous, friendly and efficient and finished the cleaning in little over one hour. It was easy to schedule an appt the same week, which i also appreciated, as we had an odor coming out of one of our vents.
