Mold Removal for Property Managers:
The affected area is sealed off to prevent cross-contamination and control the flow of air. HEPA Air Scrubbers are installed for the duration of the project and negative air is achieved. Dehumidification. Materials and contents affected with mold are removed. All surfaces are vacuumed with a HEPA Vacuum to remove mold and surface spores. EPA Registered antimicrobials, available as a botanical, are used to wipe down all surfaces (wall, ceilings, floors, contents, etc.). Encapsulate remaining affected surfaces with an EPA Registered Encapsulant. The Air Ducts are cleaned to eliminate spores and other contaminants from the ductwork and HVAC unit.,
