Mr. King is a realtor in the Boston area and called PowerBees upon finding out that one of his listings for a house in the Boston area was the victim of sabotage by a previous unruly tenant. Mr. King explained that after a long eviction process, which had finally been approved by the state of Massachusetts, the tenant had broken into the property and turned on the bathroom tap and shower to the point where they were overflowing onto the floors.
A Long Road to Recovery from Water Damage
